RULE 1: SURFING AT YOUR LEVEL

If you are a beginner, stay in mosses or small waves. Uses a foam board and protects your head in the event of a fall.

RULE 2: DO NOT PANIC IF YOU ARE TAKEN BY THE CURRENT

Do not try to swim back, stay on your board and wave your arms to alert the rescue.

RULE 3: clever SURFING

Choose waves adapted to your level and avoid spots too crowded. Never surf in stormy weather. Protect your skin from the sun by using sunscreen.

RULE 4: RESPECT BATHING AREAS

The surf areas are beyond red-green flags.

RULE 5: RESPECT THE RULES OF PRIORITY AND EASE

Basic rule: 1 wave = 1 surfer. The surfer most inside the flood has the priority. Do not throw yourself in a wave if there is someone in front of you. Do not drop your board by making ducks. Avoids collisions by circle the surf zone.
