Please take a few minutes to read our terms and conditions below. When you register, you certify that you have read the terms and conditions and agree that your booking is made subject to these conditions.

Courses / Lessons

• Courses are organized for a minimum of 4 people.
• Surftraining reserves the right to change from the scheduled program and itinerary on conditions on the day or cancel the course due to unsuitable conditions. No refund will be given.

Registration / Payment

• To validate your registration, you must send a deposit payment amounting to 30% of the total cost of your course. The balance will have to be paid on the day of arrival.
• Reservation is considered effective as soon as you receive written confirmation.
• Participants leaving during a week session will be charged in full and won't be allowed refund.
• All cancellations that may occur within 15 days before the beginning of the stay will result in the cashing of your deposit.

Responsibility

• All participants are responsible for their equipment in case of loss, theft or damage.
• All participants must take out a civil liability insurance against the risks of surf practising. You must also be able to swim 25 metres and have no health contraindication.
• All teenagers under 18 registered to a surf'n stay package must provide a medical certificate.

Other

• When you register to surftraining you allow the school to use pictures or films made of yourself or your children during the stay for the editing of booklets or any advertising document with no financial compensation.
• You may register to our lessons and courses only in accordance with these conditions.
